Fresh fruits are selected as main ingredients to our fruit tarts. After long hours of simmering, fresh fruits are further transformed into fruit jam with some sweet and sour taste. No sucrose, artificial flavoring, or other chemical additives are added to our fruit tarts. If you have special needs for our fruit tarts, please do not hesitate to contact us.

After 4 hours of simmering, fresh kiwis, grapefruits, blackberries, and raspberry are further transformed into fruit jam with some sweet & sour taste. Each day, a total of 1000 gram fresh fruits can only be concentrated into 250 gram fruit jam, making each of our fruit tarts filled with smooth texture, fruit sweetness, and natural fragrance.


No sucrose, artificial additives, artificial coloring, food preservatives are added to our fruit tarts. Instead, psyllium is added to our fruit tarts to increase fiber content. Under Chung Shan Medical University's professional guidance, glycemic index of each flavor is maintained well below 50 to provide you with a light meal.
